We hope you love your new purchase!

However, if it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return any unwanted items.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. As all items are made to order, a 10% restocking fee per item will be applied to all returns, and orders over £100 will be refunded as a credit note.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase; after this time, cancellations will not be accepted, and by checking out you agree to the turnaround times stated on our main page.

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are specially drawn, digitised, and embroidered to your specifications.
